Accidental damage isn't covered by Apple’s Limited Warranty. Apple’s warranty is in addition to your existing consumer law rights.
If your Apple Pencil gets damaged, you have the option to replace your Apple Pencil for a fee. If you have AppleCare+, it includes unlimited coverage for accidental damage, including screen damage. Each incident has a service fee of $39+tax.
If you don’t have AppleCare+, you’ll pay an out-of-warranty fee, as shown.
There is the possibility that we may need to mail your device in to Apple's repair depot for service depending on diagnostics results. Repair turnaround time may take up to 10 days.
